Support Hours Pricing
- Four-hour blocks of time can be added to any plan: $ 450 per month (Remotely or On-site), (Contract Only).
- Eight-hour blocks of time can be added to any plan: $850 per month (Remotely or On-site), (Contract Only).
- Normal Hourly support rate without any Plans or when you reach the number of comprehensive Support Hours for your Plan will be: $130 On-Site, $120 Remotely
Minimum One hour for On-Site support (one hour incremental).
Minimum Half Hour for Remote support (15 minutes incremental).
- After Hours Emergency Support: $150.
Ethernet Cable Pricing
- Running any Ethernet CAT6 cable less than 100 ft: $ 100 including labor and materials.

Backup Plans
We offer comprehensive cloud backup solution for all kind of Workstations, Physical and Virtual Servers, Microsoft 365 Data and Cloud Storage.
If you have any critical data that stored in any workstation, server or cloud, Do NOT worry we have a fast and secure cloud backup solution that provide a protection to your data starting from restoring files and folders at any time, up to bare metal restore in case of any disaster, we grantee and long-term retention up to 7 years with no extra charge from the initial backup size.
Plan price depends on the data size.
Backup Pricing:
Physical Or Virtual Server: $85 Per month up to 500 GB
Physical Or Virtual Workstation: $45 Per month up to 200 GB
Any extra cloud storage for back will be $0.035 per 1 GB
